Toffee Crunch Cookies

• 2 sticks Butter, Softenedbutter
• 1 cup Granulated Sugarsugar
• 1 cup Brown Sugarbrown-sugar
• 2 whole Eggsegg
• 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extractvanilla-extract
• 2 cups Flourflour
• ½ teaspoons Baking Sodabaking-soda
• 1 teaspoon Baking Powderbaking-powder
• 2 cups Quick Oats
• 1 cup Crispy Rice Cereal
• 1-¼ cup Milk Chocolate Morselsmilk
• 1 cup Mini Marshmallowsmarshmallow

1. 01Beat butter with sugars. Add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla. Beat in flour, baking soda and baking powder. Fold in oats, cereal, morsels and marshmallows.
2. 02Drop by 1-2 tablespoonfuls onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake in a 350ºF oven for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
