I'm always looking for a good salad dressing recipe, and this is good! A great way to use that abundant harvest of cucumbers from the garden. Great over greens and tomatoes.

1 cup fresh lemon juicelemon-juice
3 large cucumbers, peeled and coarsely choppedcucumber
3 tablespoons honeyhoney
3/4 teaspoon dried dilldill
3/4 cup sunflower seedssunflower-seeds
1/2 cup olive oilolive-oil
4 1/2 teaspoons tamaritamari
1/2 teaspoon garlic powdergarlic-powder

Instructions (2 steps)

01Blend in blender all ingredients, except sunflower seeds.
02While blending, add sunflower seeds.
