2 tablespoons oiloil
1 clove minced garlicgarlic
1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakesred-pepper-flakes
3 cups cold cooked rice
1/4 cup soy saucesoy-sauce
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drainedpineapple
1/4 cup sliced green onionscallion

Instructions (6 steps)

01Heat oil over medium low heat, add garlic, ginger and red pepper.
02Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
03Increase heat to medium high and add rice and soy sauce.
04Cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
05Add pineapple, stir and heat through.
06Garnish with sliced green onions over the top and serve.
