01In a microwave or double boiler, melt chocolate and butter; cool for 10 minutes.
02Add sugar; mix well.

Line a 13x9x2" baking pan with foil and grease foil.

07Pour batter into pan.

08Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out with moist crumbs.
