This is my family's favourite. Hardly a weekend goes by without my having to cook this one up. You can make it as fiery as you like but two green chillies is about right for us .Gorgeous!

3 tablespoons tomato pureetomato
2 tablespoons plain yogurtyogurt
1 teaspoon garam masalagaram-masala
1/2 teaspoon chili powderchili-powder
2 cloves garlic, crushedgarlic
2 tablespoons mango chutneymango-chutney
1 teaspoon saltsalt
1/2 teaspoon sugarsugar
4 tablespoons cooking oiloil
3/4 kg chicken, skinned and dicedchicken
150 ml waterwater
1 -2 green chili
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriandercoriander
2 tablespoons whole milkmilk

Instructions (8 steps)

01Blend together tomato puree, yogurt,garam masala, chilli powder, garlic, mango chutney, salt and sugar.
02Heat oil in a karahi or wok then add mixture.
03Lower heat and cook for two minutes,stirring occasionally.
