1/3 cup soy saucesoy-sauce
1/4 cup honeyhoney
2 tablespoons vegetable oilvegetable-oil
2 tablespoons chili saucechili-sauce
1 teaspoon saltsalt
1/2 teaspoon ground gingerginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powdergarlic-powder
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepperbell-pepper
3 lbs chicken wingschicken-wings

Instructions (2 steps)

01Combine all ingredients except the chicken wings in a large heavy-duty ziplock bag. Add the chicken wings; seal bag securely, and place in a large bowl. Marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours, turning occasionally.
02Remove chicken wings, reserving marinade. Place chicken wings in an ungreased 15x10x1 jelly roll pan. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done, basting frequently with the reserved marinade. Serve warm.
