1 lb serrano pepperserrano-pepper
5 heads garlic, peeledgarlic
1 cup coriander, well rinsedcoriander
1 teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes, to tastered-pepper-flakes
1/2 teaspoon cumincumin
saltsalt
olive oil, to coverolive-oil

Instructions (3 steps)

01Finely chop peppers, garlic and coriander in food processor.
02Mix in hot pepper, cumin and salt.
03Place in a glass jar and cover with olive oil.
