01Unroll one can of crescent rolls; press into a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan.
02Beat egg yolk in a small bowl.
03In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the beaten egg yolk, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla and mix until blended.
04Spread cream cheese mixture over the crescent roll dough.
05Unroll remaining can of crescent rolls on a sheet of wax paper. Place on top of cream cheese mixture.
