Spring Rolls with Orange and Red Bell Pepper Salsa

• 1 orange, peel and white pith removed, choppedorange
• 1 small red bell pepper, seeded, choppedbell-pepper
• 2 green onions, choppedscallion
• 1 red or green jalepeño chili, seeded, minced
• 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantrocilantro
• 1 tablespoon oriental sesame oiloil
• 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped peeled fresh gingerginger
• 1 teaspoon soy saucesoy-sauce
• 4 7-ounce packages prepared frozen spring rolls
• Large radiccio leaves

1. 01Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl.(Can be made 2 hours ahead. Chill.)
2. 02Prepare spring rolls according to package instructions. Set radiccio leaves in center of platter. Fill with salsa. Cut spring rolls in half and place on platter. Serve, allowing diners to spoon salsa into cut end of spring rolls.
