Instructions (5 steps)

01Heat 3 tablespoons oil and add the garlic. Sauté for a few seconds and add the cabbage. Sauté until it is crisp-tender.
02Add the soy sauce and Sriracha and mix. Add the rice and sauté until the grains are separate and all flavors are well combined. Taste and add salt if you feel the need.
03Finally add sesame oil, mix and remove from heat.
04In another pan, heat a teaspoon of oil and crack the egg carefully and sprinkle a tiny bit of salt. When it is set, flip and let it cook for a minute or so, if you don’t want a runny yolk like me.
