Simple Bisquick Peach Cobbler

This is a must try recipe. It is so easy to make and so delicious. I'm sure you can substitute any fruit you like. I have only tried the peach and it was with fresh peaches. It's so good hot with vanilla ice-cream or if you prefer, whipped cream. This recipe is a keeper. This is from the cooks.com site. Many good recipes there.

3 cups fresh peaches, slicedpeach
1 cup sugarsugar
1 tablespoon cornstarchcornstarch
3/4 cup waterwater
2/3 cup Bisquick (I used 1 c.)
3 tablespoons sugarsugar
3 tablespoons butter, meltedbutter
1/2 cup milkmilk
vanilla ice cream or whipped creamcream

Instructions (6 steps)

01Cook peaches, sugar, cornstarch and water on stove until thick.
02Place in baking dish.
03Mix Bisquick, sugar, melted butter, and milk.
04Drop on top of peach mixture.
05Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees.
06Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
