One ingredient only! How easy is that? This is a crisp, delicate, lacy, pretty, fattening but delicious big cheese-it. I came up with this when I could not figure out any other delivery system for my cheese craving...haha. It can be used as a garnish for several things...let your imagination run free.

1/4 cup of grated cheddar cheesecheddar
Pam cooking spray or butterbutter

Instructions (4 steps)

01Spray a microwavable plate or pie dish with pam or coat with butter.
02Thinly layer the cheese on the plate and microwave for 30 to 40 seconds on high or until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
03Let cool till crisp then eat the darned thing!
04Yummy!
