Crockpot BBQ Beer Brisket

• 24 ounces, fluid Beer Of Choice
• 1 bottle (18 Oz. Bottle) Honey BBQ Saucehoney
• 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlicgarlic
• 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauceworcestershire
• 2 Tablespoons Ketchupketchup
• 1 teaspoon Cumincumin
• 4-½ pounds Beef Brisketbrisket
• 1 whole Onion, Mincedonion
• 1 whole Green Pepper, Dicedbell-pepper

1. 01Pour beer into the crock pot. Mix BBQ sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and cumin into beer. Submerge brisket into sauce, fat side up. Add onion and pepper on top of brisket. Slow cook on high 6-8 hours or low 8-10 hours.
2. 02Shred meat with 2 forks and return to sauce. Stir and serve on toasted buns.
