Celery Salt

• 1 tablespoon dried celery seedcelery-seed
• 2 tablespoons coarse saltsalt

1. 01Process celery seeds in the blender or spice mill at highest speed until finely ground.
2. 02Add salt and process at high speed until the salt is as fine as you like.
3. 03Store in a small jar with a tight lid.
