01Fill a frying pan about 1/3 of the way up with water and place over a medium high heat
02Season water with salt
03When water is boiling hot, reduce heat to so that it lightly bubbling, crack eggs into water as you would do a fried egg.
04Either cover with a lid if you have one, so the steam cooks the top or when eggs are almost done (eggs take approx 3 mins once added to water), use spatula to flick water over the top of eggs to make sure the top is fully cooked.
05Serve with your choice of sides and Enjoy!!!
