1/4 cup butterbutter
garlic powdergarlic-powder
10 mushrooms, slicedmushroom
salt and peppersalt-and-pepper
3 green onions, slicedscallion
1 cup dry red winered-wine
4 lamb chopslamb-chops
1/2 teaspoon rosemaryrosemary

Instructions (10 steps)

01Melt half of butter in large skillet over medium high heat.
02Add mushrooms and onions and saute until tender, about 5 to 10 minutes.
03remove and keep warm.
04Melt remaining butter in same skillet over medium high heat.
05Sprinkle chops with rosemary, garlic powder and salt and pepper.
06Add to skillet and saute until browned on both sides about 5 minutes.

07Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking until tender.

08Transfer lamb chops to heated platter.

09Pour wine into skillet and cook over medium high heat, scraping up any browned bits clinging to bottom of pan, until liquid is reduced by about 1/3.

10Spoon vegetables over chops and top with sauce.
