1 lb. ground turkey, preferably dark meatground-turkey
1 large egg, beatenegg
2 garlic cloves, mincedgarlic
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsleyparsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauceworcestershire
1/2 tsp. kosher saltsalt
Freshly ground black pepperpepper
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oilolive-oil
Hamburger buns, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and mayonnaise, for serving

Instructions (3 steps)

01In a large bowl, mix turkey, egg, garlic, parsley, and Worcestershire;  season with 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper. Form mixture into 4 flat patties. 
02In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add patties and cook, turning halfway through, until browned and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center registers 165°, about 5 minutes per side.
03Serve turkey burgers on a bun with desired toppings.
