I'm posting this in answer to a request. I haven't made it myself. It was on a site called The Ice Cream Parlor. An ice cream maker is necessary. Times do not include chilling or freezing, and are guesses.

Ingredients (4)

1 cup sugarsugar
1/2 cup waterwater
1/4 cup lemon juicelemon-juice
3 cups watermelonwatermelon

Instructions (7 steps)

01Cook the sugar, water and lemon juice together, stirring occasionally until the sugar is dissolved.
02Remove from heat and chill.
03Cut up the watermelon and remove all seeds.
04Puree in a blender or food processor.
05Stir into chilled syrup.
06Freeze in an ice-cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
07Pack into an airtight container and store in the freezer.
