Southern Fried Apple

• 1/4 cup butterbutter
• 4 medium Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored & sliced)
• 1 teaspoon lemon juicelemon-juice
• 1/4 cup sugarsugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugarbrown-sugar
• 2 teaspoons cinnamoncinnamon

1. 01In a skillet, over med high heat, melt butter.
2. 02Add apple and drizzle with lemon juice.
3. 03Fry apples until they are soft and the butter has been absorbed.
4. 04Toss the apples with the sugars and continue cooking until the sugar is dissolved.
5. 05Remove from heat and sprinkle cinnamon.
