Instructions (9 steps)

01Set oven to 350 degrees.
02Place ribs meat side down on a shallow baking pan.
03Bake for 40 minutes.
04Drain and cool slightly.
05Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; cook, and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
