5 boneless chicken breastschicken-breast
3 tablespoons flourflour
1 1/2 teaspoons saltsalt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper, Groundpepper
2 teaspoons paprikapaprika
1 tablespoon vegetable oilvegetable-oil
3 tablespoons butterbutter
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustarddijon-mustard
1 can frozen orange juiceorange-juice
1 cup Amarettoamaretto

Instructions (9 steps)

01Mix the can of frozen orange juice with a half can of water.
02Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
03Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt.
04Coat chicken with this mixture.
05Heat oil and butter in skillet and saute chicken until brown.

Remove and put in casserole.

07To skillet, add mustard, orange juice and Amaretto.

08Increase heat and boil, stirring constantly, until thick.

09Pour sauce over chicken and bake, covered, for 45 minutes. this can be frozen and reheated later.
