Kansas City Dry Rub

• 2 tablespoons brown sugarbrown-sugar
• 2 tablespoons ground paprikapaprika
• 1 tablespoon white sugarsugar
• 1 tablespoon garlic saltsalt
• 1 tablespoon celery saltsalt
• 1 tablespoon chili powderchili-powder
• 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepperpepper
• 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepperpepper
• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustardmustard
