Instructions (4 steps)

01Freeze strawberries for 2 hours or until hard.
02Place strawberries and sugar into a food processor and pulse machine on and off until fruit is broken up.
03Add water and continue processing until you have a smooth puree.
04Transfer to a container and freeze for 2 hours, or until firm enough to scoop. I stir the mixture every 30 mins or so.
