My late Uncle Larry was all Texan and he loved to cook. This was his recipe for beef ribs. I like to use this on pork steaks though. Either way, enjoy it.

1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon pepperpepper
1/2 cup flourflour
2 onions, sliced into ringsonion
2 cups green peppers, choppedbell-pepper
3/4 cup ketchupketchup
1/2 cup picante sauce (hot or mild)
2 tablespoons red wine vinegarred-wine-vinegar
1/3 cup sugarsugar

Instructions (8 steps)

01Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
02Season flour with salt and pepper.
03Roll ribs in flour to coat.
04Arrange in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
05Spread onions and peppers over meat.
