1 large chicken, cut upchicken
1 egg, beatenegg
1 cup margarine, meltedmargarine
crushed potato chips (regular flavour)potato

Instructions (4 steps)

01Combine beaten egg with COOLED melted margarine.
02Dip chicken piece in margarine mixture, allow excess to drip off.
03Roll in crushed potato chips.
04Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about an hour and a half (if pieces are small then reduce cooking time to about an hour) Serve immediately.
