Herb Dijon Crusted Pork Tenderloin

• 2 pounds Pork Tenderloin (Usually 2 In A Package)
• 4 Tablespoons Minced Garlicgarlic
• 2 Tablespoons Olive Oilolive-oil
• 1 teaspoon Dried Thymethyme
• 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemaryrosemary
• ½ teaspoons Kosher Saltsalt
• ½ teaspoons Pepperpepper
• 4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustarddijon-mustard

1. 01Heat oven to 425ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick foil.
2. 02In a small bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.
3. 03Brush both tenderloins with the Dijon mustard. Rub the pork with herb mixture.
4. 04Place on prepared pan. Roast pork 30 minutes until crust is golden and instant-read thermometer inserted into center registers 160ºF. Let pork rest 5 minutes; slice and serve.
