Betcha Can't Have One-bite Brie

My niece served this with homemade cranberry jelly. It was fabulous! I love pepper jelly (and am not about to make jelly) so this is what I use. I guess you can use your own imagination. I can't imagine any other jelly NOT tasting good with it. Cook time is very approximate - just keep watching!

pepper jellypepper

Instructions (5 steps)

01Set Brie round on baking sheet.
02Cover with pepper jelly (my preferance).
03Bake at 300 degrees till Brie begins to soften (watch carefully).
04Remove from baking sheet and place on serving platter.
05Serve with crackers.
