1 lb ground beefground-beef
1 small white onion, choppedonion
1 (8 ounce) can tomato saucetomato-sauce
1/4 cup ketchupketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugarbrown-sugar
2 tablespoons soy saucesoy-sauce
1 orange, juice of (about 1/4 cup)orange
1/2 tablespoon cider vinegarvinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustardmustard
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)cayenne

Instructions (5 steps)

01In a large skillet brown ground beef and onion over medium heat.
02Drain off excess fat.
03Stir in the remaining ingredients until well blended.
04Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
05Serve hot on your favorite buns or bread.
