1 lb ground beefground-beef
1 tbsp olive oilolive-oil
1/2 clove minced garlicgarlic
1/4 cup chopped white oniononion
1 tsp ground cumincumin
1 tsp kosher saltsalt

Instructions (5 steps)

01Add oil to a heavy duty pan over medium-high heat.
02Add ground beef and break up to distribute evenly in pan.
03Add onion, garlic and dry seasonings, stir. 
04Continue to cook and stir for 15 minutes or until meat is browned. 
05Enjoy in chili, tacos, pasta, lasagna, stroganoff - basically any easy dinner recipe!
