1 (14 ounce) package tortillas
chicken stockchicken-stock
1 large chicken, boiled and pulled from boneschicken
1 large onion, choppedonion
1 (10 ounce) can Ro-Tel tomatoestomato
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheesecheddar
1 teaspoon chili powderchili-powder
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soupcream
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soupcream
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (optional)garlic

Instructions (8 steps)

01Soak tortillas in chicken stock just until wilted.
02Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
03Alternate the following layers into a 9x13 pan.
04tortillas, chicken, onion and cheese.

Sprinkle chili powder and garlic salt over top.

06Spread undiluted soups over top of chicken, tortilla layers.

07Spread Ro-Tel tomatoes over top of soups.

08Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
