optional seasoning- black pepper or your favorite spices. Or a brush of maple syrup.

Instructions (8 steps)

01Convection Oven Bacon (375°F): Prep: Preheat your convection oven to 375°F. Make sure the rack is in the middle position. Line a jelly roll-style baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02Arrange the bacon slices in a single layer without overlapping. Sprinkle with optional seasonings if desired.
03Bake for 14–17 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispness. Start checking around the 13-minute mark for thin bacon. Thick-cut may take closer to 17–18 minutes.
04Transfer cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease. Serve warm and enjoy!
05Traditional Oven (400°F): Preheat your oven to 400°F and position the rack in the center. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
06Lay out the bacon in a single layer so the slices don’t overlap. Add optional seasoning if you'd like.
