2 eggsegg
6 ounces evaporated milkevaporated-milk
1/2 teaspoon hot saucehot-sauce
1 teaspoon kosher saltsalt
fresh black pepperpepper
3/4 teaspoon dry mustardmustard
10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions (6 steps)

01In a large pot of boiling, salted water cook the pasta to al dente and drain.
02Return to the pot and melt in the butter.
03Toss to coat.
04Whisk together the eggs, milk, hot sauce, salt, pepper, and mustard.
05Stir into the pasta and add the cheese.
