4 baking potatoespotato

Instructions (6 steps)

01Scrub potatoes thoroughly.
02Do not dry them.
03Cut ends of potatoes so they will stand up straight on oven rack.
04Salt potatoes all over.
05Stand up on end in 400 degree oven (not necessary to preheat).
06Bake potatoes approximately 1 hour, or until tender.
