6 medium baking potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1 1/2-inch piecespotato
1/4 cup butter, meltedbutter
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
1 garlic clove, mincedgarlic

Instructions (6 steps)

01Heat oven to 375 degrees.
02Place potatoes in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
03In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
04Pour mixture over potatoes and toss well.
05Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until crisp, lightly browned and tender.
06Stir twice during baking.
