1 large baking apple, cored, peeled and thinly sliced (Granny Smith works well)apple
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, meltedmargarine
1 teaspoon all-purpose flourflour
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugarbrown-sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamoncinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juicelemon-juice

Instructions (2 steps)

01Arrange apple slices in a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish.
02Combine remaining ingredients; pour over apple slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
