This is one of my favorite ways to bake chicken. It always comes out moist and tender with a nice crunch. The leftovers are really good for sandwiches.

3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine, meltedmargarine
2 tablespoons lemon juicelemon-juice
1 clove garlic, mincedgarlic
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon pepperpepper
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbsseasoned-bread-crumbs
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halveschicken

Instructions (5 steps)

01In shallow dish, combine the first five ingredients.
02Place bread crumbs in another dish.
03Dip chicken in butter mixture, then coat with crumbs.
04Place in greased 13x9x2 baking pan; drizzle with remaining butter mixture.
05Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear.
