16 ounces bag of organic frozen spinachspinach
1 tablespoon flourflour
2 tablespoons butterbutter
3-4 garlic clovesgarlic
1 cup milkmilk
salt and pepper to tastesalt-and-pepper

Instructions (9 steps)

01In a cooking pan, heat the butter and add the spinach.
02Saute the spinach until soft. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
03Crush the garlic and set it aside.
04Separately, mix flour and milk until smooth and free of any lumps.
05Add the milk and flour to the spinach and keep mixing to keep it creamy.
06If it gets too thick, add a little bit of milk to the pan.
