01Heat large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Chop broccoli by removing crowns from the stem and chopping into bite size pieces. 
02Saute chopped broccoli in the olive oil for 5-7 minutes until broccoli is dark green. 
03Add one tablespoon of butter and minced garlic to saute pan and cook until fragrant. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
