2 cups fresh green beans, washed and cut into diagonal piecesgreen-beans
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oilextra-virgin-olive-oil
2 tablespoons white vinegarvinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustarddijon-mustard
3 cloves garlic, crushedgarlic
salt and peppersalt-and-pepper
2 roma tomatoes, sliced on the diagonaltomato

Instructions (5 steps)

01Cook green beans until just tender.
02Drain and cool.
03Mix remainder of ingredients (except tomato) in a blender until creamy.
04Toss beans, tomatoes and dressing together.
05Serve and enjoy.
