1 cup Butter (salted)butter
2 cups White Sugarsugar
4 whole Eggs, Beatenegg
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extractvanilla-extract
⅔ cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 cup Flourflour
½ teaspoons Saltsalt
½ teaspoons Baking Powderbaking-powder

Instructions (4 steps)

01Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (F). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch pan.
02In a large saucepan, melt the butter. Once melted, remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat in cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder with a whisk.
03Spread the batter into the greased/floured pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Make sure to not over-cook!
