1 teaspoon Baking Sodabaking-soda
2-¼ cups All-purpose Flourflour
½ teaspoons Saltsalt
1 cup Butterbutter
½ cups Sugarsugar
¾ cups Brown Sugarbrown-sugar
1 package Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix, 3 Ounce Box
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extractvanilla-extract
1 whole Eggegg
½ packages Chocolate Chips (12 Ounce Package)
½ cups Nuts (optional)

Instructions (6 steps)

011. Stir baking soda, flour and salt; set aside.
022. Combine butter, sugars and pudding mix, beating until fluffy.
033. Add vanilla and egg; beat until smooth.
044. Add dry ingredients; mix well.
055. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

066. Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
