3 lbs ground beefground-beef
1 cup cold waterwater
2 tablespoons Morton Tender Quick saltsalt
1 tablespoon liquid smokeliquid-smoke
1 tablespoon garlic juicegarlic
1 tablespoon onion powderonion-powder
1 tablespoon mustard seedsmustard-seed
1 teaspoon ground cumincumin
1 teaspoon red pepper flakesred-pepper-flakes
1 teaspoon cajun-louisiana seasoning blend (your favorite)
1 teaspoon black pepperpepper

Instructions (5 steps)

01In a large bowl, combine all ingredients& mix well.
02Roll into four rolls of equal size.
03Wrap tightly in plastic wrap& refrigerate 24 hours.
04Unwrap rolls, place on baking rack and bake at 300 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.

05Cool& wrap in tin foil- refrigerate or freeze.
