1/2 cup sugarsugar
3 tablespoons flourflour
1 teaspoon grated lemon peellemon
5 cups apples, unpeeled, slicedapple
1 cup cranberriescranberry
2/3 cup rolled oatsrolled-oats
1/3 cup packed brown sugarbrown-sugar
1/4 cup flourflour
2 teaspoons cinnamoncinnamon
3 tablespoons butter, meltedbutter

Instructions (8 steps)

01Filling : In a medium bowl combine sugar, flour and lemon peel; mix well.
02Add apples and cranberries; stir to mix.
03Spoon into a 6-cup baking dish.
04Topping : In a small bowl combine oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon.
05Add melted butter; stir to mix.

Sprinkle topping over filling.

07Bake in a preheated oven of 375 F for 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is bubbly and top is brown.

08Serve warm or at room temperature.
