With fork, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
06Add orange segments, milk, and egg.07With fork, stir just until mixture leaves sides of bowl and soft dough forms.08Turn dough out onto floured surface.09Knead lightly 10 times.10On greased cookie sheet, roll or pat into 6 inch circle.11Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar.12Cut into 8 wedges, separate slightly.13Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.14Beat butter in small bowl until light and fluffy.15Stir in marmalade.16Serve with warm scones.
