4 green onions, slicedscallion
1 green pepper, choppedbell-pepper
1/4 cup butterbutter
1 cup soft breadcrumbsbreadcrumbs
1/4 cup sniped fresh parsleyparsley
1 teaspoon lemon juicelemon-juice
1/4 teaspoon dried basilbasil
4 (8 ounce) whole trouttrout
saltsalt

Instructions (6 steps)

01Cook and stir onions and pepper in butter until tender.
02Removed from heat and add gread crumbs, parsley, lemon juice and basil.
03Rub cavities of trout with salt then stuff each with approx 1/4 cup of stuffing.
04Place fish in baking dish
05Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven until fish flakes easily. approximately 30 - 35 minutes.
