3-Step Lemon-Pepper Asparagus

• 1 lb fresh asparagus spears
• 3 tablespoons olive oilolive-oil
• 2 to 3 teaspoons grated lemon peellemon
• 1 teaspoon coarse sea saltsalt
• Ground black pepperpepper
• 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (1 medium)lemon

1. 01Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. 02Spread asparagus in single layer on cookie sheet. Drizzle oil over asparagus; toss to coat. Sprinkle with lemon peel, salt and a generous sprinkling of pepper.
3. 03Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Just before serving, drizzle lemon juice over asparagus.
