2 tablespoons butterbutter
2 tablespoons sugarsugar
10 small boiled potatoes, peeledpotato
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt

Instructions (4 steps)

01Melt butter in heavy pan and stir in sugar.
02Brown sugar but do not burn.
03Add potatoes, shaking pan constantly to brown on all sides.
04When potatoes are golden, sprinkle with salt.
