2 cups Cooked Long Grain White Ricelong-grain-rice
½ cups Finely Chopped Oniononion
2 cups Medium Shredded Cheddar Cheesecheddar
2 packages 8 Oz. Frozen Chopped Broccoli Defrosted And Well Drained
1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soupcream
1 can 5 Oz. Can Evaporated Milkmilk
½ cups Melted Butter, Dividedbutter
1-½ cup Bread Crumbsbread-crumbs

Instructions (6 steps)

01Put the cooked rice in a deep dish type casserole.
02Mix in the onion, cheese and broccoli.
03Combine the soup, milk and 1/4 C of the butter. Add to the casserole and mix well.
04Mix the remaining butter with the bread crumbs and sprinkle over the top of the dish.
05Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35-45 min. until hot and the top has browned.
