16 ounces surimi (imitation crab)surimi
1 avocadoavocado
1 (10 ounce) can black olivesblack-olives
1 tablespoon red onion, chopped finelyred-onion
2 tablespoons celery, chopped (optional)celery
2 teaspoons lemon juicelemon-juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegarapple-cider-vinegar
1 teaspoon soy saucesoy-sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons dill (dried dill weed)dill
1 dash Worcestershire sauceworcestershire
1/2 cup mayonnaisemayonnaise
salt and peppersalt-and-pepper

Instructions (9 steps)

01Flake crab with 1 t lemon juice in large bowl.
02Add onion, celery (optional), vinegar, soy sauce, worcestershire, and 1 t dill.
03Stir until mixed.

Stir in mayonnaise (adjust amount according to taste).

05Add salt and pepper to taste.

06Slice avocado into bitesize pieces and sprinkle with remaining 1 t lemon juice (keeps avocado from browning) and 1/2 t dill.

07Gently stir avocados and olives into the salad.

08Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

09Serve or refrigerate for several hours.
