1 1/2 cups 2% low-fat milkmilk
2 tablespoons half-and-half creamcream
2 -3 cardamom pods, whole
1 orange peel, 3-inch x 1-inch pieceorange
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, purevanilla-extract
2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa, good quality
3 teaspoons honeyhoney
3 ice cubes, coffeeice
whipped cream, garnishwhipped-cream
1/2 teaspoon orange rind, grated, garnishorange

Instructions (8 steps)

01In a pot add milk, cream, whole cardamon pods and orange peel.
02Gently heat the mixture until it is steaming hot but do not boil.
03Take off the heat and remove the cardamon pods and orange peel. Now add the vanilla extract to the milk mixture.
04Make a paste with the cocoa, honey and 2 tbsps of the hot milk mixture.
